The disc includes the songs Chaos of the Heart, How Could You, Every Single Tear, Keep Breathing, and Twenty-Three. It also includes the poem A Thousand Whys and Dear Survivor, a letter to the listener - both written by suicide survivors. Also included is a talk entitled "Comfort for Those Who Grieve A Suicide" by Walt Wangerin, Jr. and six peaceful instrumental interludes.
